Responsibilities

Supports multiple delivery teams within the fast-paced application development environment.

• Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand up, poker, planning, demo, retrospective, etc)
• Remove impediments to the development team’s progress
• Working with the product owner to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Responsible for planning of sprints based on backlog priority and development team velocity.
• Assisting in the gathering of requirements and creation of user stories.
• Helping to establish the definition of done (Acceptance Criteria) for user stories.
• Helps build high performing teams, build shippable product, and responsible for leading Agile project coordination to support various upstream and downstream teams.
• Serves as the servant leader for the team to ensure clear communication and organization of the team
• Engage stakeholders, contributors and technical resources to analyze user needs and resource limitations..
• Serve as knowledge source within project teams as assigned.
• Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders.
• Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup).
• Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude. Self Motivation. Curious Creativity. Personal Desire.
• 5-7 years of experience working with people, resolving problems, eliciting requirements in a servant leader role.
• Knowledge of and/or experince with Agile SAFe® is a plus
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Bachlor's degree in a related field
