Utilizes nursing processes under the direction of the Registered Nurse to deliver patient care. Administers medication, performs reassessments, takes histories, starts IVs, dresses wounds, and assists in daily living activities of patients. Communicates and documents medical records, findings, and medical and clinical information to the staff as required.
