Responsibilities include:

·Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, hair and skin care, and oral hygiene.

·Setting up of meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake

·Feeding residents & serving nutritional supplements

·Making beds & keeping the residents’ space clean and orderly

·Transporting residents within the facility

·Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

·Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data

Requirements:

·Unencumbered active PCA license

·1 year PCA experience in a long term care environment

·Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
