The Order Entry Review and Billing Support person will actively work with customer service sales people, sales managers, upper management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping departments in reviewing, highlighting and distributing sales entered pick tickets to the appropriate warehouse departments.The day to day activities will consist of supporting other sales support staff with order paperwork, reviewing sales orders for accuracy and highlighting appropriate codes on pick tickets, assigning tax tables to sales tickets, reviewing backorders and checking other clerical records. The position may also be asked to assist other sales support staff with clerical assistance as the requirement arises. The Order Entry Review and Billing Support personnel will primarily work in the sales office in the company of customer service personnel. The sales office is a large open office with several people working at individual desks. The position will have an assigned office desk with the equipment and materials required to do the job. This will include a computer, telephone, calculator, files and office supplies.
