Reed's Fuel & Trucking is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative Near Vida, OR
Job Responsibilities:
· Sort, separate, and enter tickets daily.
· Correct tickets & send corrections to appropriate customer.
· Reconcile report with ticket entry.
· File: white & pink tickets and all invoices.
· Update/maintain customer rates.
· Add customer and job codes.
· Calculate fuel surcharge and update letters for customers.
Qualifications:
· Effective communication skills.
· Teamwork oriented.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and organize.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
