Job Description

We are looking to hire both part-time and full-time technicians to handle a variety of tasks on our dispense line. Because we are closed-door, there is little to no direct interaction with patients. Production techs are tasked with filling prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency in unit-dose packaging, occasionally preparing non-sterile and sterile compounds, managing inventory, and preparing for future orders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, packaging, and label medications in blister cards and vials
• Prepare non-sterile and sterile compounds
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
• Utilize our software to change, update, and print labels
• Measure dosage of medications and perform simple calculations
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in long-term or retail pharmacy preferred 
• Strong attentional to detail
• Good work ethic
• Sharpened ability to prioritize tasks
