About the Position:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the assigned Redline Dealership locations. The individual selected will be expected to direct and lead Territory Account Managers. They are tasked with motivating, managing, and evaluating the Territory Account Managers. They will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain a strategic sales plan while being responsible for all aspects of the sales process. Ability to plan strategy and execute while aligned with the company policies and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to develop and sustain a high level of employee performance and morale that is highly aligned with our mission and core values.
  • Develop, coach and mentor Territory Account Managers from prospecting to closing the sale.
  • Strategize with Territory Account Managers throughout the sales process to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Achieve annual performance targets.
  • Lead the Territory Account Managers to effectively understand and use manufacturers’ products and programs to attain acceptable market share levels.
  • Collaborate with sales operations team to monitor inventory and assets.
  • Create and ensure strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Align and implement company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Bulletins and Campaigns.
  • Work closely with all other departments and regions to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Timely completion of performance evaluations, salary reviews, interviewing and hiring.
  • Monitor training and identify personnel development needs within assigned locations.
  • Responsible for regions financials and management of departmental expenses to remain within budgetary guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, with a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience.
  • 5 years of sales experience in an agricultural, construction, or turf related role.
  • Excellent management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to use standard desktop or laptop computer and related programs, Microsoft Office platform, plus ability to effectively research and navigate the internet.
