The core mission of the Human Resource Manager is to provide daily support on all people-related matters at Red Stag Fulfillment. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a people expert who is skilled in onboarding and relationship building, while understanding the importance of Human Resources legal compliance. You will serve as a one-stop shop for employees’ needs while balancing our business objectives. If you are a creative thinker looking to challenge the Human Resources status quo, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
The world of eCommerce is moving at lightning speed, and that pace of change requires an enthusiastic team member who has a keen eye for detail, a demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions, and who identifies as a servant leader. These skills will be critical for the role of Human Resource Manager at Red Stag Fulfillment in our facility in Salt Lake City, UT. This incredible opportunity as our Human Resource Manager will allow the successful candidate to assist in all things people-related by caring for our most important asset — the members of the Red Stag Herd.
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
You focus on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. You take initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions. Because eCommerce moves at lightning speed, you enjoy innovation and creativity in generating ideas for rapid response. Your decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. You enjoy building rapport and relationships with individuals and
groups with an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. You thrive in a work environment that is flexible, constantly changing, and provides growth opportunity, recognition, and rewards for the achievement of business results. If you are more comfortable with someone directing your day-to-day activity — i.e., telling you exactly what to do — then this is not the position for you. But, if you like the idea of diving right in, getting stuff done, and actively growing in new areas, then this might be your perfect fit. If you’re up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!
