Job Description

Red River Pharmacy Services is seeking applicants for the position of Certified Pharmacy Technician to work in out refrill and intake department for infusion.

This position is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, maintaining of records, insuring policies & procedures are followed, ordering & stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED is required. Pharmacy Technician license is required. Some previous pharmacy-related skill, knowledge, or experience is desirable.

Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions, and effectively present information to clients, patients, and other pharmacy employees. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Refill experience highly preferred.
• Must hold current Pharmacy Technician license.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Must be willing to go into call rotation every 5th weekend.
