JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities Build financial plans and forecasts, including annual budgets and long-range plans Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analyses Manage, streamline and enhance monthly management reporting Provide strategic insight and analytical support to help guide business decisions Develop business case models Assist with consolidation for the Driven Brands portfolio as well as identification of key risks, opportunities and drivers of the business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business; preference to Finance, Accounting, or similar field 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, corporate strategy, consulting, or analytics Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Keen analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes Experience communicating and presenting to leadership Self-motivated, team player and can-do attitude! Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights Knowledge of planning technologies; Oracle preferred Experience using Power Query or other querying tools Experience building detailed financial models #LI-GL1 #LI-Remote #DBCORP Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range: $77,000.00 - $140,300.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
