Red Arrow Logistics is Hiring an Account Executive Near Texas, TX

As an Account Executive, you’ll work to achieve 3 times your cost as your primary sales goal. You’ll create and maintain strategic relationships with multiple clients using negotiation and finesse. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and solutions to continually strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Adequately respond to customers’ total freight and logistics requirements
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals and other performance metrics
  • Work with operational leads to devise best value solutions for clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Attend conferences and trade shows that help expand your customer base and territory

The ideal candidate has completed a bachelor’s degree and has at least 3 years of inside or outside cold calling sales experience. This position will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities including:

  • Self motivated, will work independently with little supervision
  • Completing a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Qualify and meet with 10-15 accounts per week
  • Responding to inbound calls and e-mails associated with leads in response to direct marketing efforts
  • Leading the pricing response for RFQs and RFPs.
  • GP$ revenue to cover 3 times your costs

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Inside or outside cold calling sales experience
  • Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships
  • Upbeat and positive demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results driven culture
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Nutshell CRM, Zoominfo and the internet
  • Demonstrated past performance selling airfreight, ocean freight and/or full truckload and less-than-truckload freight.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong business judgment, problem solving skills and initiative
  • Experience working in a performance-based compensation structure
  • Experience required – 3 year minimum: outside sales experience and territory management
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle time sensitive situations
  • Ability to deliver under deadlines with high level of accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptive with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills

Salary, commission paid at 20% of GP$, 401k match, full medical, dental, life, disability, profit share.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $134,475.90 per year
