The Opportunity:
Recycling Management Resources (RMR) has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Operations Manager to join our growing team in Richmond, VA! The Operations Manager is responsible for First Line Personnel Management responsibilities including Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Quality, Asset Performance Management, and Inventory Management.
In this role, the Operations Manager targets and accomplishes high level results and goals through the team, prioritizes and leads / manages activities in the most efficient means possible, collects data, monitors progress, manages issues, overcomes obstacles, accepts accountability, and leads / motivates the team.
The Operations Manager will oversee operations, maintenance, and general labor staff. This position reports to the General Manager.
Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
Compensation range: $75,000-$90,000
Travel Requirements: up to 10%.
