Recruit Secure is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Pennsauken, NJ
Recruit Secure is collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Home in the Pennsauken, NJ area that is seeking an experienced Unit Manager. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible to manage their assigned unit. Nursing home/long term care experience is a must. There is a generous benefit package, many opportunities for growth and salary is offered and is dependent upon experience.
DUTIES:
- The Unit Manager handles all supervisory duties for the unit.
- Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
- Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice.
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit.
- Review of Resident records & quality of care.
- Monitor overall care & review individual Residents’ cases
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families.
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years Long Term Care Experience
- Charge Nurse and/or supervisory experience
- Minimum 1 years Unit Manager experience
- Must hold valid NJ RN license
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
