Recruit Secure is collaborating with a new Hospice agency in the Willow Grove, PA area that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing and Clinical Services for direct hire. The DON will be responsible for setting the overall direction of clinical services for Hospice patients to provide quality patient care. Additionally, the DON will provide supervision and guidance to the clinical staff to maintain a high quality of care while ensuring Medicare, State, and CHAP regulations and policies are followed. Requirements:

· BRN degree preferred

· Active PA RN license

· Experience working as an experienced DON, Director, or Senior supervisor in a healthcare company (LTC, SNF, ALF) hospital. etc.)

. 1-2 years of experience with direct Hospice care

· Knowledgeable with State and Federal regulations and compliance guidelines
