Program Manager - Intelligence Services - Public Sector

The Public Sector team supports Recorded Future’s US Public Sector related clients. You will manage multiple, enterprise-scale government customers, ensuring the effective deployment of our technology and services to fulfill a broad and diverse set of customer requirements. 

What you'll do as a Program Manager: 

• Lead large, complex national security client projects with executive visibility and many internal and external dependencies and stakeholders
• Drive value by delivering Open Source Intelligence products and services across large, multi-dimensional customer teams 
• Define success by establishing technical requirements, business/security outcomes, metrics, and reporting/communication planning to ensure successful Recorded Future implementations

What you'll bring as a Program Manager:

• 5 years of experience managing large, client facing, projects/programs and or technical delivery.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the development life cycle, and dynamics of software implementation projects
• Technical expertise, detailed oriented mindset and problem-solving skills 
• Be a visionary, work independently and demonstrate persistence and willingness to stimulate new ideas both externally and internally
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with junior to very senior client stakeholders
• Experience in the cybersecurity field and or with a SaaS company is highly desirable
• Experience with US Government customers in the defense and intelligence space is preferred
