As a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and have their insurance needs met. At Witzke Family Insurance Agency, we are passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and personalized assistance to clients, answering their inquiries, and addressing their concerns. You will perform policy reviews, process changes, and ensure accurate documentation. As a trusted representative of our agency, you will develop strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

We are seeking a positive and inviting individual who genuinely cares about our clients' well-being. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively assist clients and collaborate with our team. Responsibilities

Assist clients: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding their insurance policies.

Policy processing: Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and in a timely manner.

Claims support: Assist clients in reporting and navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Client retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Product knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and coverage options to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

Sales and commision opportunities

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

- Proficient in using computer systems and software
