Job Description: 

As our first permanent CFO, you will be responsible for the financial strategy and operations of the organization. This will include overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and managing the company's financial risks and compliance with financial regulations.

What you will get to do:

• Develop and implement financial strategies 
• Oversee a team to ensure the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making at the executive level
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of financial plans and the analysis of variances
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to identify areas of investment, cost savings and revenue growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, BOD, and other key stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including setting goals and providing ongoing coaching and development

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a strong preference for a master's degree in business administration
• 10 years in SaaS plus 5 years at the executive level required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
