Description

Position Summary:

Financial support to the operations of the company in the areas of financial month close activities, full year forecasts, annual budgets, long range planning, cost performance analysis and sales/margin analysis. Additional duties will include ad hoc analysis as determined by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

• Execute financial month close activities efficiently and accurately.
• Accurate and timely development and analysis of monthly results and reporting packages. 
• Assist in updating of various internal forecast tools and development of the forecast package to meet all necessary deadlines
• Assist in the accurate development of the annual budget package to meet all necessary deadlines.
• Analyze sales mix, product mix and gross profit margins and summarize for the overall RAU business.
• Other analysis as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• The minimum education requirements include a BS in Business / Finance.
• 2 years of experience in estimating, pricing, gross profit analysis
• 2 years of experience in finance in a (defense/aerospace) mfg environment. 
• 2 years of experience in costing and pricing in the aerospace/defense industry. 
• Must maintain professional presentation
• Must be able to work extended hours when required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required due to the interface with suppliers and other internal departments.
• Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to perform well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Work effectively as a team member.
• Multicultural global background is a plus.
