The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate across the organization to support development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and communication initiatives that align with Reborn Cabinets’ vision and strategic plan. The HRBP will have oversight over a variety of programs and policies in HR, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, leave of absence, worker’s compensation, employee engagement, event planning, and management training.
