At Rebellion, the People team is dedicated to building and supporting high performing teams while cultivating a meaningful employee experience. As the Lead People Partner, you will be focused on understanding and solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and be able to translate them into HR initiatives. You will help business leaders better understand the needs of their workforce and provide data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. Working alongside other managers and leaders, you will create a people strategy that will enable Rebellion to carry out against company goals. You will challenge conventional wisdom and transform the way things have typically been done.
This position is based either in Washington D.C. or can be remote and reports to the Chief People Officer.

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $200,000 to $300,000 regardless of final candidate location within the US. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity. Benefits listed in this posting may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Rebellion Defense. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
The Nature of our Work: We are driving fast change to an extremely regulated industry. Many of the national security programs that are supported by Rebellion’s products operate in secure environments and access to those spaces and the data in them may require an active personnel security clearance. It is a requirement of this position that you are able to obtain and hold a personnel security clearance at the right level.
