Digital Marketing Manager

RealWear is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be a key part of the sales and marketing support team to execute and collaborate on demand generation activities with sales and partners.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be customer-obsessed, data-and-reporting obsessed, relationship and support oriented, and hands-on. The focus of the role is account-based marketing, sales and marketing support, lead nurture, and growth marketing, with a focus on managing the Hubspot platform and lead base. This is an independent contributor role. 

What you will own: 

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, intent platforms, chat bot, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. 
• Write and develop email nurture campaigns and other demand generation activities, and implement and maintain high quality workflow automations to drive campaign goals 
• Ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes  
• Develop a regular lead generation and pipeline report of your efforts 
• Ensure automation, workflows and other MQL scoring systems are optimized for lead-to-cash and integrated into the CRM
• Create and maintain metrics dashboard on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business/pipeline impact  
• Optimize scoring model for qualifying MQLs  

Experience 

• 3 years' experience in high growth, entrepreneurial B2B environments 
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing degree 
• Strong track record of driving rapid lead and revenue MQL conversions  
• Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, and WordPress 
• Expert knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, channel marketing, PPC/SEO/SEM, and webinars 
• Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation, and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, marketing automation and demand generation with focus on success of impact/revenue 
• Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth 
• Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution 
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
