We’re hiring an experienced, professional full-time real estate managing broker to take a real estate team to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers. Base with bonus
Responsibilities:
- Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
- Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards
- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law
- Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
- Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
- Consult our real estate agents to help them reach their business goals
- Grow the company by hiring producing agents
- Consult agents on the models and systems to run a highly productive business
- Oversee the daily operations of the company
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
- Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Applicants need a managing broker’s license
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
- Proven ability to lead
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,718.00 - $85,372.00 per year
