What You Get To Do Every Day

• Safe handling and care of luxury fashion items
• Conduct quality inspections on items being returned (i.e damages, validating the description of the item, etc.)
• Process adjustments and credits to customers’ accounts
• Update inventory as needed (i.e modify the original listing, designer or size, etc.)
• Perform research on Customer Returns related inquiries and exception items

What You Bring To The Role

• Progressive computer skills needed
• Experience working in a high volume, product-driven environment
• Clothing returns background highly preferred
• Knowledge of designer brands and experience handling luxury products is a plus
• Ability to follow directions while meeting productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency and teamwork

The expected hourly rate for this role is $15.50 - $15.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
