This position is responsible for the implementation of Payments products and services to a specific front-end Payments platform. A Payments Implementation Specialist I is accountable for setting up new clients, client properties and client property accounts for Payments. The position also assists with the daily processing of customer maintenance requests. Accountable to ensure that the clients’ payment system is setup properly and meet client expectations.
An Implementation Specialist I coordinate with the Payments Implementation Consultant, Underwriting and Operations to initiate setup by gathering all document requirements and information to begin the implementation process for new and existing clients for setup and upgrades/updates.This position needs experience in managing many accounts at once and may need experience in the banking and finance industry. Interpersonal, communication, data analysis and project management skills are important.
