Realogy is Hiring a Transaction Coordinator - Part-Time Near Edina, MN

Coldwell Banker Burnet is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to support the data entry and administrative functions of our branch offices.
The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes sales transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and requests and communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork. Employees in this position will may also be asked to assist in additional projects based on business need.
 
Essential Job Duties:
Processing Listings: Responsible for overseeing the process of all new home listings. This may include creating and managing the transaction in our digital document repository, answering agent questions and requests, sending communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork, entering Listings into local MLS, uploading photos to market the listing, sending communications regarding status updates to needed parties, ensuring data entry accuracy, etc.
Other Duties:
  • Provide back up support as needed when support staff members are out of office (This does require regional travel)
  • Other administrative responsibilities within the office as needed

Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Two plus years of prior administrative experience required, customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and creative problem-solving experience.
  • Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software and hardware
  • Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
  • Scheduled hours are based on business need.
  • Travel to branch offices in the Minneapolis metro may be required.
Work Environment:
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must possess the ability, with or without an accommodation, to be in multiple office environments and interact with a variety of people, including the general public, on a consistent basis.
Physical Demands:
  • The ability, with or without accommodation, to move around the office, remain stationary in either a sitting or standing position and to move physical office locations is required. This would require the ability to move, bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to physically, with or without accommodation, operate a computer, phone and/or copy machine. Must possess the ability, with or without accommodation, to express oneself, communicate with others, listen and exchange information. Must possess the ability with or without an accommodation to travel between offices on a routine basis. Must be able, with or without an accommodation, to travel on occasion to other branch offices.
