We’re looking for a Part-Time Therapist & Clinical Content Creator who is passionate about making mental wellness more accessible.

Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Part-Time Therapist & Clinical Content Creator will work with the Clinical team to create content for Real’s product offerings as well as for brand and marketing requests. We’re looking for someone who is excited about transitioning from the traditional 1:1 therapy model to building a one-to-many therapy model. Our dream applicant has strong clinical skills that they can translate to content creation and broader audiences.

This is a 6-month contracted, fully remote position with a potential opportunity to convert to a full-time position. Estimated work hours are between 15-20 hours a week. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Creatively building & reviewing content in the form of tools, exercises, and psycho-education
• Recording short-form content with a producer through the entire production process 
• Participating in Clinical team meetings to discuss content goals, topics, & deadlines
• Advocating for the clinical safety of Real’s offerings for members 
• Operating independently with time management skills to meet strict deadlines & organize own work
• Complete weekly quota of content pieces per week

You’ve got: 

• Passion for making creative mental health content that is accessible and scalable 
• Experience in practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies and action-oriented and solution-focused care models
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex tools for a spectrum of mental health issues & severity levels
• Comfort with public speaking and providing psycho education around different mental health topics
• Expertise in specific mental health topics and/or with specific identity groups
• An active license - LMHC, LMFT, LCSW/LMSW, PhD, or PsyD
• Authorized to work in the US

The pay range for this role is $45/hour for up to 20 hours per week.
