Real is Hiring a Remote B2B Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who is passionate about mental wellness. The B2B Marketing Manager will contribute to the company’s growth by supporting the launch of Real for Work with design, graphics, event coordination and other related activities. They will create and manage sales materials, responding to needs to customize.
The B2B Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B Marketing ideally in Healthcare or HR Tech.
The company is based in NYC, though the role is remote.
A day in the life:
- In collaboration with Comms and Marketing, curate and create content and research (e.g. whitepapers, articles, webinars, podcasts, B2B social media strategy) required to interest our prospective buyers to engage in sales discussions with Real’s sales team
- Manage and update the Real for Work landing page, focusing on driving traffic and converting to inbound leads
- Use content marketing assets and tools to drive traffic, interest and leads to Real
- Own events strategy, planning, and execution for B2B channel
- Own B2B social media strategy especially through LinkedIn
- Implement marketing campaigns to support our enterprise sales efforts across paid, owned and earned channels
- Build partnerships with like-minded companies to collaborate on events and marketing efforts
- Support sales enablement with deck, proposal and sales sheet creation
- Manage marketing budget
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Real teams, including DTC marketing teams, to develop differentiated and compelling messaging and go-to-market strategy
You’ve got:
- At least 5 years of B2B Marketing experience
- Experience with healthcare or HR tech is strongly preferred
- Excellent graphic design skills and sensibilities
- Extensive experience creating compelling, data-driven thought leadership
- Fluency with the latest marketing tools and technology
- Strong ability to navigate complex/matrix solution selling environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to drive alignment across different stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
