Real Time Resolutions, Inc. is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Dallas, TX
Essential Functions
- Work with subject matter experts within the company to ensure accuracy in responding to client requests.
- Work closely with various departments to provide thorough and accurate responses to formal requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and Client Audits from existing and prospective clients.
- Create presentations to strengthen client meetings using Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
- Prepare and organize assessment requests for remote and onsite client reviews.
- Coordinate, participate, and document meetings and conference calls with potential and existing clients.
- Track and follow up on cases and tasks associated with new and existing business opportunities.
- Work closely with Business Development and Strategy & Analytics to coordinate account placements when new business has been awarded.
- Distribute client information throughout the organization and ensure proper fulfillment.
- Provide internal management with appropriate feedback from all communications with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or Higher required
- Business Administration or Finance degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Effectively prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
- Poise and professionalism in social settings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
