Real-Time Innovations is Hiring a Remote Senior Partner Manager

Do you like to be at the forefront of complex and challenging programs that require coordination, and execution excellence with your team members and the customer’s team? RTI is looking for a highly-capable, self-directed partner manager to roll up their sleeves and take a leading role to build and manage a growing ecosystem of partners that bring real value to our customers. The partner manager will report to the Senior Director of Market Development and will work closely with the Products & Markets team, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent alignment & execution. As RTI’s global partner leader, you will work in a highly-matrixed environment to identify prospective partners, build the business case to work together, form agreements and manage the success of those relationships.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the hot area of autonomous systems. You will make a significant impact from day one and have the opportunity to define and execute our ecosystem strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Form a deep understanding of RTI and our evolving ecosystem, and identify the criteria for productive technology integration partners
  • Take ownership of partner engagements across the company, development success criteria and metrics
  • Work to streamline processes across the company for onboarding and engagement with partners
  • Identify, develop, negotiate, and execute partnerships across industries and with complementary technology solutions
  • Recommend prioritized investments, engagements, and relationships that best serve our corporate and industry goals
  • Establish and build business plans for priority partners that align to sales and business objectives
  • Be the team leader, working across departments to optimize results from partner relationships
  • Onboard partners; manage partner contracts and negotiate give-to-get requirements
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the overall partner strategy to continuously improve results
  • Institute internal processes to track partner engagement, revenue and integration adoption
  • Be flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves to do a variety of tasks while the team is growing
  • Work with our industry leads to develop and execute partner objectives and plans that support our industry goals and strategies
  • Working with industry marketing to develop and execute partner market and engagement plans to drive awareness and leads in our partner network
  • Work with sales to follow-up on leads and opportunities from partner activities, measures the impacts, and work to improve our engagements
  • Develop partner relationships and seek channels to further RTI’s market goals
  • Promote RTI through speaking engagements and other market events with partners

Requirements:

  • 7 years experience in partner management and/or business development, preferably in a B2B software environment
  • Proven record of building and managing successful partnership relationships with measurable results throughout the partner lifecycle 
  • Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationships at the business, industry and executive level
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering and business audiences
  • Multi-tasker with a proven ability to identify, manage and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

As a bonus, you have:

  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Robotics, Healthcare, Industrial Automation
