Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Morgantown, KY location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Morgantown plant.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:

• Help Guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner
• Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
• Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing 
• Create a team friendly enviornment
• Assist in scheduling production

Qualifications

Production Supervisor:

Education or equivalent experience required

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees

Computer or technical skills required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency
