We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Responsibilities

This Operations Manager located in GOODYEAR, ARIZONA, is responsible for leading a cross-functional plant staff and directing all activities relating to the manufacturing operations.

• Drive and develop the culture of safety first
• Ensure all equipment is operating in a manner that follows all environmental requirements
• Establishes, Plans, directs, and supports production priorities and schedule activities 
• Oversee and manage Shipping & Receiving Department 
• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to meet and/or exceed KPI's

The Operations Manager will inspire staff to achieve results in alignment with company and business strategy as well as operational objectives focused on safety, health and environment, quality, productivity, inventory, people development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in business, operations management, engineering 
• Minimum five years experience in a manufacturing operations role with three years managerial experience, preferably in secondary aluminum production 
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools preferred
