The Ready To Assemble Company is Hiring an Assembly Technician Near Roxbury Township, NJ

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

As an Assembly Technician, you will have the opportunity to work as a professional bike or grill assembler, using your skills and experience to put together products according to the manufacturer's directions and specifications. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling all products in a safe and clean manner, performing all work tasks completely and accurately as per company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Car and Valid Driver's License, a must
  • Assemble all products according to the manufacturer's directions and specifications, ensuring that all components are properly aligned and securely fastened.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members and supervisors, providing timely updates on progress and issues.
  • Meet or exceed daily assembly goals, ensuring that products are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the assembly process.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time, Seasonal Position
  • Prior experience as a bike or grill assembler is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools,and own a basic set of hand and power tools.
  • Possess a Smart Phone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary to travel to various locations.
  • Must be available weekends and holidays during peak season.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to work in different weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Reimbursement for gas and tolls will be provided
  • Ability to earn big bucks as we pay by the piece and have unlimited growth and earning potential.

The pay is 17.50/hr for the 2 week training and orientation period, after that compensation is on a per piece basis, with high earners making over $1000/week.
