Your Impact:

As Product Designer you work cross-functionally with leaders across project teams to map out initial concepts, user flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes. Participating in all project phases, you effectively communicate conceptual ideas and solutions from product strategy to launch to optimization.

What Success Looks Like

• Influence product and design direction through compelling storytelling that communicates a clear UX vision to all the stakeholders.
• Knows how to achieve the right balance of generating the ultimate user experience while also prioritizing business goals
• Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to our UI design standards (detailed high-resolution screen mockups).
• Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.
• Use metrics and analytics to assess new and existing features, consistently maintaining, evolving and extending the existing design system.
• Collaborating regularly with strategists, product managers, other designers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Attention to detail and top notch design execution, from concept through delivery.
• Demonstrated success solving complex product design problems with strategy skills that produced best-in-class solutions.
• Ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale.
• Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people work cross-functionally, in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled in Figma, UX/UI
