Job Title: Financial Analyst 

Location: NYC (4 days in office and 1 day virtual)

About the role:

As Financial Analyst, you will support both the Capital Markets and Finance & Accounting teams. Within Capital Markets, you will play a significant role in marketing, closing, and managing securitization transactions, maintaining and monitoring credit facilities, and ensuring appropriate liquidity for our business. Within Finance and Accounting, you will play a significant role in our monthly closing and reporting process, financial planning and analytics, business intelligence KPIs, and general finance projects for the firm.

What you’ll do:

• Provide analytical support on company metrics and liquidity.
• Prepare monthly investor and internal presentations consisting of financial and asset performance reporting.
• Prepare daily and monthly borrowing and reporting deliverables related to the company’s credit facilities.
• Prepare monthly investor reports for the Company’s outstanding securitization transactions.
• Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques. 
• Create and prepare sensitivity analysis for all covenants and triggers.
• Seek automation in processes to assist in building the scalable financial capabilities needed to support the rapid growth of the company.
• Assist in the creation of and refresh of budget forecasts.
• Coordinate loan verification and other third-party processes by corresponding as the liaison between the company, our credit facility provider, and our third-party vendors.
• Support month-end close activities.

Scope

• The Financial Analyst will be expected to exercise independent judgement and work collaboratively with persons both inside the company, investors, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong personal accountability for results, strong quantitative aptitude, and strong commitment to teamwork in support of the company’s success.

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative related fields
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
• Some candidates may be proficient with additional skills and platforms including Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python
