The Program Manager serves in the role of team leader and has the ultimate responsibility for the successful performance of the assigned programs and projects. S/he directs and oversees the assigned programs portfolio to ensure such programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Oversee projects from initiation through release, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. Works with other department leaders and resources to define, prioritize, and drive projects and programs. Key responsibility for managing the project’s scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and quality. Some projects may include global business integrations, insourcing, outsourcing, and systems deployment.
