RDS Logistics Group is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team. RDS Logistics Group is 40-year-old company based in Fontana, CA. Our services include IM Drayage, Dedicated Truckload, Regional Truckload, CD and LTL Consolidation, Yard Management, and Brokerage services. We are looking for a high energy candidate well-versed in Brokerage Services.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Support the warehouse supervisor in the distribution of workload assignments for the work group while providing support to warehouse representatives.

·As a working lead, you will still safely operate a forklift or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, stocking, staging and transportation of goods.
·Assists in providing coaching and training to all associates; Identifies and discusses mistakes with associate to provide opportunity for associates’ continuous improvement.
Requirements
· High School Diploma (or GED/Certificate)
· Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a related industry/field required
· Able to adapt in a fast—moving environment including handling multiple projects at one time.
· Effectively communicate in writing and verbally to warehouse workers, CSRs, and leaders of all levels within the organization
· Willingness to complete a criminal background, and drug screen.
