A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATORAs the Human Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR Director by administering a variety of human resource activities. You are responsible for full cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending job offers and onboarding new hires. Administer the new hire orientation and touch base meetings for new employees. Performs various support functions for the Human Resources Department. You will have proficient knowledge with company policies and procedures to answer HR questions, and handle with high level of confidentiality. You will perform other HR functions as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE
Human Resource Coordinator's schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5pm with ability to be flexible for evening shift interviews and onboarding of new hires.
