Job Summary: We're looking for the best and brightest to support our Marketing, People and Technology Executives, assisting them with various tasks to help drive our company to the next level. If you have passion and expertise in project management, great attention to detail and can-do attitude we would like to speak to you! Responsibilities: •Provide high level support to Marketing, People and Technology Executives, which includes travel arrangements. (domestic and global), meeting scheduling/coordination, expense reports submission. •Handling tasks related to but not limited to tracking legal vendors, invoices, and purchase orders. •Organizes and plans department meetings, conferences, and events. •Highly accountable individual that can drive efficiency gains for C-level Executives. •Document preparation/production. •Editing PowerPoint presentations for leaders. •This individual must have an absolute commitment to excellence and attention to detail. •Ability to be available in multiple time zones. •Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: •5 years in experience in sales administrative, operations and/or technical support. •Bachelor's degree preferred. •Project Management experience preferred. •Ability to think outside the box with little direction.
