Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for fostering client relationships and expanding business accounts. Their primary goal is to identify opportunities for growth, negotiate deals, and ensure long-term partnerships to drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the facility maintenance industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their facility maintenance needs.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
3. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
