What you will be doing:
- Preparing a variety of food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
- Understanding and complying with recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods and kitchen policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all equipment and kitchen area is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
