JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets customers and shows exceptional customer service
- Collects payment for Service and Sales Transactions
- Schedules service appointments for customers
- Reconciles cash drawer daily
- Prep documents for scanning
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer Skills, Multi-tasking, and Excellent Customer Service Skills Needed
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to follow a checklist and dealership processes
