Ray Echevarria Insurance Allstate Agency in Jacksonville, Florida, is looking for a goal-oriented, dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. With a $30,000 base salary and commission and bonus opportunities. You can earn at least an additional $10,000-$20,000 in commission during your first year and beyond.

You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills to our agency and grow your career. We will help you obtain your license to get started.

Base Salary Plus Commission (Base Salary of $30,000 with added commission and bonuses, candidates make up to $60,000 in their first year)

Responsibilities


  • Meet new business production goals and objectives by developing insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closing sales as established by management 
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, through leads & referral sources via phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products while maintaining full knowledge of new products and services.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals while growing and maintaining the prospective relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices and attend training and continuing education courses.

Requirements


  • Previous sales experience is required. No insurance experience required.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Professional phone etiquette along with excellent communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to create relationships from a cold start while possessing a upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations while also being able to handle customer rejection.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude with a strong work ethic and leadership skills.
