Brandt Management is seeking a talented and experienced individual with a select automotive background to join our team as the Service Manager at our luxury store in the New Orleans area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry. We are looking for a dynamic professional who understands the critical aspects of managing an efficient and effective service department while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Implement best practices and strategies to optimize service department productivity and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury automotive service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury vehicles, their maintenance requirements, and advanced automotive technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving common goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- CDK experience is a plus, but not required.
Salary: $120,000-$160,000 (depending on experience)
