The Administrative Specialist (Youth Services) supports Youth Services' effectiveness by providing information-management, administrative, regulatory, and project support.

Essential Job Functions for Administrative Specialist (Youth Services):

  • Provides office/administrative support to the Client Care team.
  • Responds on a timely basis to phone and web inquires and forwards inquiries to the appropriate resources.
  • Maintains filing, documentation and purging of information by following the established legal requirements.

Experience/Education for Administrative Specialist (Youth Services):

  • Post high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
