Sunray Animal Clinic in Brunswick, ME is looking for a compassionate and engaged Kennel Attendant. This is a full-time position. The right candidate will be able to work four days a week in-between Monday through Friday. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping cages clean and sanitized
• Various housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, taking out garbage etc.).
• Walking, feeding, playing, and picking up after the animals
• Interacting with cats
• Occasional bathing

Requirements:

Must be friendly and outgoing as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be willing and able to safely restrain or move dogs of all sizes including dogs that are over 100 pounds.

Sunray Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
