Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near New Bedford, MA

Our newly renovated animal hospital is directly off Route 140 and conveniently located near grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Under policy direction from the Hospital Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional client service. The CSR is responsible for the accuracy of admitting and discharging patients, making appointments, answering phones, relaying messages, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Service

· Client and Patient Management

· Telephone Management

· Maintain computer records

· Financial Responsibilities

Requirements:

· Schedule would require rotating weekends as well as the potential for three 10-hour shifts.
