We’re hiring passionate team members to help propel us into the next stage of growth.This remote position is based in Austin, Texas. What you’ll be doing at RapidDeploy:· Own the delivery of in-person and virtual training sessions to new and existing customers. This may include:Online training webinars In-person Train-the-trainer seminars End user training for call-takers, dispatchers, supervisors, and field responders · Support the creation and maintenance of training material for RapidDeploy products, including RapidDeploy Academy (LMS) modules and content· Work with Product and other internal teams to understand new product features and functionality and support the creation of training content and materials accordingly· Support the onboarding of new customers by adapting training approaches and focal points, as appropriate (e.g., understand workflows and operating procedures and jointly develop new approaches with customers)· Work with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to understand and analyze customer training requirements and deliver training responsive to those needs· Perform product demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing RapidDeploy capabilities in-depth, as needed (in a limited capacity)· Other tasks as time allows, including:o Create strong relationships with communications center staff o Evangelize RapidDeploy within Public Safety community o Educational and promotional sessions at conferences and other events o Booth presence at trade shows and conferences (when required)o Collaborate with Product Management team to define, scope and prioritize feature improvements based on customer feedback and observations; Provide insight and commentary on key initiatives, as well as collect feedback and input on new features and products o Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success team to improve implementation and delivery process, including systems & processes for training & onboarding Required Skills:· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on training delivery· Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering training programs and courses in support of SaaS products · Bachelor's Degree with a business (including Marketing, Management, Operations) or similar focus preferred· Solid understanding of cloud computing, enterprise software, data analytics, and technology in general· Passion for using technology to make a difference in people’s lives, and ideally some exposure or personal interest in emergency services and Public Safety· Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and experience in training and change management· Experience working with Public Safety entieis (911 in partciaulr) and/or public safety technology and software solutions a plus (not required)· Experience working for an innovative and fast-growing Tech Company· Demonstrated creativity with customer engagement and problem solving· Passionate about helping customers maximize the benefits of RapidDeploy· Ability to communicate effectively across the experience/management spectrum, translate between technical and non‐technical teams, and can empathetically communicate customers’ pain-points to internal RapidDeploy teams· Self-motivated, energetic, proactive team player with innovative ideas, diplomacy and tact · Poise under pressure, thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly· Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities· Ability to travel up to 30% as needed About RapidDeploy Inc.- Strong revenue growth (20x in last 12 months) & huge recent customer wins (e.g., State of California)- Fast-growing, passionate, mission-driven team – we care about saving lives through technology!- Offices in Austin, TX and Cape Town, South Africa - Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, with benefits that kick in on your first day!
