RapidRatings is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations and Enablement team. The Senior Operations Analyst will focus on areas such as business operations, systems administration, content management and maintenance, and program management.

What will you do in the role?

• Work with Client Success & Delivery leadership in reporting KPIs and OKRs and improving business outcomes. Significant stakeholder engagement and understanding will be standard.
• Produce and maintain effective Client Success & Delivery content to support both business-as-usual environment and strategic initiatives. This may include systems such as Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Own Client Success & Delivery technology administration and process – Current systems include ChurnZero, Gong, Zendesk, and Salesforce. This includes both ongoing maintenance and scoping new requirements.
• Gather system requirements and uncover intersections with prior work – Client success system work involves collaboration and alignment between multiple teams to streamline cross-functional processes and communication.
• Understand business context and educate others – You seek to understand the business context behind OPE initiatives and work with the Team to address knowledge gaps.
• Efficiency projects and automation - Making our processes and systems more efficient is a key focus of the OPE Team. You will collaborate with other OPE members, Client Success & Delivery, and Product teams to streamline workflows and systems.

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. In addition, to be a good fit for the Senior Operations Analyst opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• ChurnZero and Salesforce experience required; Zendesk and Gong experience preferred
• 2-3 years of experience gathering and analyzing system requirements to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, acceptance, and ongoing use
• Business acumen to articulate strategies and operate with a focus on data, process, and/or other meaningful outcomes
• Be an advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement
• Demonstrable troubleshooting capability and capable of working under pressure
• Ability to develop clear and concise documentation
• Appreciate the importance of high availability systems/infrastructure
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in both technical and operations aspects in a role
