Description:
The Project Manager (PM) supports the customer in establishing cross-community relationships and supporting established practices for technical programs and missions. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in intelligence systems, working requirements or tasks, and supporting mission-oriented or operational planning for an enterprise system. The PM is responsible for coordinating activities to capture and document program requirements and other technical artifacts. The PM will create, draft, and review program documentation and processes that can include planning documents, tracking action items, developing briefings, and coordinating project-related events. The PM will ascertain current activities and identify appropriate tasks to manage technical boards, councils, and communities of interests/practices. The PM will support technical projects to show and measure progress, accommodate changing requirements, and communicate in written and verbal channels with the customer. Candidates should have demonstrated experience using Agile methodologies and processes to guide projects from drawing board to implementation successfully. The PM will ensure coordination and information flow with the customer and key partners in the organization. 
 
Mandatory Skills:
  1. Demonstrated experience in full project life cycle management, utilization of Project Management Framework (PMF), and SAFe Agile methodologies to manage projects
  2. Demonstrated experience using Project Management tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera
  3. Demonstrated experience building detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  4. Experience evaluating and organizing project related documentation or activities
  5. Demonstrated experience deconflicting resource and risks associated with the project dependencies
  6. Demonstrated experience translating technical information into clear, readable documents, and presentations
  7. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to monitor technical efforts, capture actions and organize technological artifacts
  8. Ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation to address issues and concerns effectively
  9. Extensive experience working with MS suite of products
  10. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  11. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  12. TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Optional Skills:
  1. AWS or Azure Certification
  2. PMP Certification
  3. BS in Decision and Information Systems, Consumer Economics, or Finance
  4. MS in Business Administration
  5. Experience performing as a liaison between large community-related organizations
  6. Experience in leading Technical Exchange Meetings, Technical and Project Management Working Groups
