We are looking for a Training Specialist, Learning Center of Excellence who is responsible for providing training asset development support for delivery of system application training of new or existing systems. This individual will work closely with the AD Global Development Training Systems to continually improve the scale, depth, and quality of system application training that aligns with strategic objectives within Global Development.
This job may be for you if:

• Experience with e-learning frameworks such as Adaptive Learning, Performance Support, micro-learning, 70-20-10 or other learning development approaches.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of training design principles, curriculum development, adult learning styles and training effectiveness.
• Passionate about learning and performance and is an excellent communicator who works well in ambiguity and has the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing landscape.
• Experience in crafting interview guides for video, editing video, and in creative design.

responsibilities:
A typical day may include the following:

• Ability to blue-print, storyboard and prototype and move quickly to get collaborator feedback and consensus early in design process
• Write clear, concise and user friendly instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
• Ability to leverage existing style guides, imagery and templates
• Develop Train-the-Trainer materials to best prepare trainers/SMEs to deliver trainings with the highest level of quality and standards
